Description
The absence of diaphragm and electrolyte means that the accuracy of the sensor is not affected by process changes such as flow changes. Maintenance and operating costs are significantly reduced. The sensor has been designed to provide mechanical strength to extend service life and optimize total cost of ownership.
The fast response time is ensured by the 2 second measurement frequency. Possibility of accurate measurements at this frequency for 12 months. With no calibration required, the K1100 Series outperforms other optical and electrochemical sensors that show significant drift after just a few months under the same operating conditions. This optical sensor is designed with minimal drift in mind, making it the most stable sensor with the longest calibration intervals available on the market. This is facilitated by a durable module and optimized controller software.
Maintenance is limited to 2 minutes and zero point calibration, provide significant savings over traditional electrochemical sensors and other fluorescent sensors. The use of gas calibration means no chemicals are required and hence the task is easier and safer without sacrificing measurement accuracy.
