The Orbisphere 510 is a multi-channel gas analyzer. These tools provide accurate, repeatable trace analysis and an impressive level of data management. Depending on the model, connect up to 3 high quality Orbisphere Luminescent Optical or Electrochemical Dissolved Oxygen sensors.

To monitor O2 concentration, the Orbisphere 510 analyzer must be combined with industrial oxygen sensors:

• Orbisphere series A1100
• Orbisphere 311xx Series - The unique polarographic design of Orbisphere 311xx sensors has proven to be effective where O2 knowledge is critical. These sensors provide fast and accurate measurement of oxygen in gaseous or liquid samples, from beverage quality control to corrosion monitoring in power generators, from packaging sampling to chemical production.
• Orbisphere K1100 Series - The Orbisphere K1x00 sensors are maintenance-free optical fluorescent dissolved oxygen sensors designed for oxygen monitoring in power plants. The K1x00 series also includes a version of the sensor for nuclear power applications.
• Orbisphere M1100 Series - The Orbisphere M1100 optical sensor, together with the Orbisphere 410 single channel and Orbisphere 510 multichannel controller, offers an improved way to control oxygen in the beverage industry.

• High level of accuracy: O2 monitoring at multiple points is carried out simultaneously thanks to the possibility of using up to three sensors. The high level of measurement accuracy and fast response times provide reliable and efficient process monitoring. Common interferences due to the presence of O3, H2S, H2, N2, humidity, salinity and chlorination can be eliminated during the tuning process.
• Intuitive and easy-to-use software navigation.
• The color touch screen in an IP65 stainless steel housing is a rugged unit built for industrial environments.
• Digital communication: Orbisphere 510 instruments are fully compatible with all Orbisphere electrochemical sensors, including Smart sensors. Smart sensors can be calibrated online in the laboratory prior to installation and the calibration data saved. Simple transfer of global configuration settings between instruments is done using a USB client or USB host.
• Minimal Maintenance: Internal diagnostics simplify troubleshooting by informing you of the need for maintenance and calibration. Configurable alarms ensure that any out-of-specification events are properly logged.
• Data storage and security: up to 10,000 measurements, the last 1000 operator actions, and details of the last 50 calibrations. Software password protection offers 5 levels of management access, minimizing the risk of errors in operation or configuration.
