The Hach DR300 single-parameter handheld colorimeter uses a fixed wavelength LED and silicon photodetector to analyze water samples, delivering the accuracy of benchtop instruments at an affordable price. The DR300 colorimeters are lightweight (250 grams) and run on batteries. The instruments are ideal for determining the concentration of water quality parameters both in the laboratory and in the field: chlorine, ammonia, bromine, chlorine dioxide, phosphates, etc. Each pocket colorimeter measures from one to two parameters, many of which are in two concentration ranges. The instrument is supplied in a ready-to-use kit that includes a manual, sample cuvettes and a carrying case.
