Pasteurization analyzers
Pasteurization reduces the number of microorganisms in beer and beverages, which increases the shelf life of the final product. In order to maintain the quality of the product in terms of taste, odor, brightness and color, pasteurization must be a gentle heat treatment. The most commonly used pasteurization method is the use of a tunnel pasteurizer through which containers such as glass bottles and cans are moved while spraying with warm water. The effect of heat treatment versus time is expressed in units of pasteurization (PU). During the process, the PU monitor - thermograph measures and stores the temperature of the product inside the container, depending on the time, and then calculates the PU.
