The LCK362 reagent kit is easy to use and photometric evaluation, packed in a box with instructions on the inside.
Method description: сarbonates and other buffers react with the reagent in the cuvette, causing a change of
pH to occur. This change is shown by an indicator and is photometrically evaluated.
