Description

There is no need to prepare a sample for analysis and to use additional reagents. SpectraAlyzer BRAUMEISTER provides highly accurate results in beer and cider quality control analysis at no additional cost in various production areas such as mashing, wort filtration, boiling, fermentation, maturation (post-fermentation stage), filtration and filling.

As a stand-alone system, the analyzer can be operated even close to the production line. The rugged design and unique sample / standard optical system ensure reliable performance in fluctuating temperatures, vibrations and dusty environments.
