Description

A set of reagents for the determination of iron (II / III) from the manufacturer Hach. The LCK320 reagents for maximum safety. Easy to use and photometric evaluation, packaged in a fully equipped box. Complies with DIN 38405-D17.

Application: for drinking water, raw water, swimming pool water, waste water and process analysis.

Method description: Iron (II) ions form an orange-red complex with 1,10-phenanthroline (both methods).
Any iron (III) ions present in the water sample are reduced with ascorbic acid to iron (II) ions prior to the formation of a complex (only Fe2 + / 3 + / total method).
The pH of the water sample should be between 3-9.
The temperature of the water sample and reagents should be 20 ° C (68 ° F).

Storage temperature: 2-8 ° C (35-46 ° F)
