The DR3900 is a benchtop visible spectrum spectrophotometer (320-1100 nm) with over 220 pre-programmed methods optimized for laboratory water analysis.

The DR3900 is a split-beam visible spectrum (320-1100 nm) laboratory spectrophotometer with over 220 pre-programmed methods optimized for laboratory water analysis. Keeping in mind your daily water analysis routine, the DR3900 spectrophotometer is optimized for process safety and accurate results. Control parameters such as ammonium, COD, phosphate, nitrate and many others are easy to implement. Work with tests / reagents and a spectrophotometer is thought out to the smallest detail, eliminating errors in water analysis.
Boxes and cuvettes are color-coded for quick and easy identification of parameters and ranges. Illustrated step-by-step test methods are printed on the box as a quick reference or can be called up from the instrument menu.
The DR3900 spectrophotometer uses RFID technology to provide reliable communication with the sampling device and samples. Just hold the cuvette label over the RFID sensor.
A new 2D barcode indicates the lot number and expiration date of the reagents. During the measurement process, the DR3900 immediately collects all information from the cuvette using the IBR + barcode reader. If the expiration date has already passed, an automatic warning will be issued.
Method updates are also identified by a 2D barcode. Calibration data is included in the RFID tag on the box to automatically update with the RFID module.
Measurement results are documented at a detailed level with time stamp, operator ID, absorbance readings and calculated concentration. The 2D barcode contains the batch number and expiration date, which are recorded with each result. For your accreditation, the Certificate of Analysis can be called up by simply wiping the reagent box near the RFID sensor.
