Universal digital controller SC1000 from Hach (LXV400.99.20041).
The SC1000 digital controller modular system includes a display module and one or more sensor modules. All sensors on the network are controlled by a single display module. The color screen displays graphs of concentration changes by hours/days with the ability to receive information from 6 sensors. The display module is easy to use thanks to its easy-to-use touch screen and intuitive graphical interface. In addition, the SC1000 controller system provides a single user-friendly interface between operator and plant. Intelligent sensors, which are used in conjunction with the controller, not only record measurement values, but also evaluate and process the signal. Sensors are automatically detected by SC (Plug and Play) controllers.
More confidence in the performance of your instrument, expandable to an SC network
The controller system to which SC sensors can be connected and with which they can be controlled consists of one SC1000 display module and one or more SC1000 sensor modules. Several sensor modules can be used to create an SC1000 network. The SC1000 controller can adapt to the needs of the user. Add or change sensors without changing the controller itself. In addition, appropriate sensors can be used with one display module, depending on the operational needs. Fully updated software ensures that this system will not become obsolete.
Plug and Play technology
With the SC1000 controller, there are no complicated connection or setup procedures. Possibility to connect any Hach digital sensor to the sensor module. No additional software configuration is required.
Communication options to fit any application need
The SC1000 controller has a modern Modbus TCP / IP communication protocol for network integration of devices supporting TCP / IP sockets. Use a standard Ethernet cable or connect wirelessly using GSM / GPRS to work with SCADA, PLC or other network. The SC1000 also offers up to 12 analog outputs for measured values and up to 12 analog or digital values for non-digital sensors.
Easy to install
The SC1000 controller can be mounted on a wall, floor stand or pipe. No additional tools are required to connect the controller to any Hach digital sensor.
