Description
The patented polarographic sensor design has proven itself in applications where O2 levels need to be known and monitored. This sensor provides fast and accurate oxygen measurements in gaseous or liquid samples, from beverage quality control to corrosion monitoring in power generators, from packaging sampling to chemical manufacturing.
A wide range of temperature and pressure ranges are made possible by an exclusive valve seat seal that mechanically presses the transducer cathode against the ceramic valve seat to ensure seal integrity. This design provides even a small residual signal for improved accuracy.
All oxygen sensors use a deep drawn membrane attachment method to produce a uniformly thin electrolyte layer for faster response and superior stability. Combined with a screw-on protective cap, the sensor provides up to one year of service.
Advantages of the Orbisphere 31130.01 O2 Sensor
- Guard Ring Electrode Design: An additional guard ring electrode surrounds the working electrode to protect against other gases and improve stability.
- Robust design: suitable for use with harsh chemicals, hot CIP and high pressure.
- Flexibility: Mounts in line for process control or in a flow chamber for spot measurements. The cable is detachable at the end of the sensor for flexibility in installation and maintenance.
