SC4500 digital controller

Description

The SC4500 is a 2-channel touchscreen controller for digital analytical devices (such as sensors and analyzers). The device can be mounted on a wall, panel, pole or pipe.

Installation and integration of the SC4500 controller is seamless thanks to the touch screen and Hach sensor support. This model has the same footprint as the SC200 controller.

The digital controller displays sensor measurements and other data on the display, can transmit analog and digital signals, and can also interact with and control other devices through outputs and relays. Outputs, relays, sensors and modules are configured and calibrated through the user interface on the front of the controller or remotely for controllers connected to the network.

SC4500 Benefits

• Communication options: standard analog (4-20 mA) or digital protocols for Profinet, Ethernet IP and Modbus TCP. The controller has two Ethernet ports for optional LAN connection or for Modbus TCP / IP communication with PLC / SCADA. The controller is available with additional expansion modules that are installed at the factory depending on the selected configuration.
• Wide range of compatible sensors: Dual sensor ports that are compatible with a line of 28 different sc series sensors.
• Flexible installation and commissioning options: standard connection to your existing system. The controller also connects to Claros via cellular, Wi-Fi, or LAN connection. The Claros system allows you to easily connect and manage instruments, data and processes - anywhere, anytime. The Prognosys diagnostic system displays the status of the maintenance tasks and the status of the instrument status.
