EZ1006 / EZ1007 Free and Total Chlorine Analyzers

Description

The EZ1000 Free Chlorine and Total Chlorine Analyzers provide superior accuracy. The colorimeter is based on a compact photometer specially designed for the EZ series. The consumption of reagents is reduced due to the analysis of a small volume, and high sensitivity is ensured due to the large optical path length. The limit of detection is in the low µg/L range.

The sampling line transfers the sample to the analyzer. The analyzer uses built-in pumps, valves, and syringes to move sample and reagents to a measuring cell on the analytical panel. When the measurement cycle is complete, the analyzer removes the sample through the drain line. The analysis results are displayed on the display of the data processing panel. The data processing panel controls and configures the analyzer. It stores analyzer data (such as trends, alarms, analysis results, and data log files).

Intelligent automatic calibration, check, prime, and clean functions are built into the controller software to maximize analytical performance, maximize uptime and minimize operator intervention. Micropumps accurately dose all reagents. The sampling lines and analysis vessel are cleaned with demineralized water to eliminate cross-contamination between samples. The electronics compartment and the reagent compartment are strictly separated. The transparent door allows you to instantly visually inspect the compartment where the reagents are located.

The chlorine analyzers EZ1007 and EZ1006 come in an attractive, ergonomic mainframe with a compact footprint. The control is carried out by an integrated industrial panel PC. The modular design allows the analyzer to match your application and operational needs.
