Cuvette test LCK318 for determining the activity of sludge in wastewater from the manufacturer Hach. The reagent kit is suitable for use with the DR series spectrophotometer. The method complies with DIN 38412-3.

Description: Screening test for sludge activity (TTC-SA) or residual sludge activity (TTC-RA)
Method description: Determination of sludge activity or residual activity (activated sludge, fermented sludge, etc.) with 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC) based on dehydrogenase activity. TTS is converted to red formazan by dehydrogenases. Formazan, insoluble in water, is extracted with ethanol and determined photometrically.
