Description

The TQC Sheen three-angle gloss meter is lightweight and portable, easy to use, and features intelligent automatic diagnostics that show you when calibration is required. Measurement results are displayed immediately including difference, success / failure ratio, and statistics. Samples can be measured individually at each angle or at 2 or 3 angles simultaneously and processed efficiently using powerful built-in software.

Automatic diagnostics

The automatic diagnostic function ensures that the instrument is always calibrated at 20 ° / 60 ° / 85 °. The calibration tile holder not only ensures accurate calibration, but also prevents damage to it when not in use. It also prevents dirt or small objects from entering the measuring hole of the instrument, which can usually affect its performance. This model can measure material - paints, plastics, bright metals. Extended range from matt to specular up to 2000 gloss units.

Flexibility modes

Basic mode - allows you to check the gloss of several samples.

Statistical mode - shows the average value and all the statistical data that are necessary to assess the significance of the measured difference, as well as how evenly the surface gloss is on the sample.

Differential mode - allows you to determine pass or fail and compare all measurements with the selected ratio. The pass / fail indication is brightly displayed on a high-resolution display - ideal for production control.

Continuous mode is an effective way to quickly check the uniformity of a large sample surface. Determine the measurement interval and continuously measure the gloss by shifting the micro-gloss over the surface. When completed, the average value with the minimum-maximum range is displayed.
