Description
The sensor setup cap is not waterproof, do not perform the replacement procedure if the sensor is immersed in water. Always keep the inside of the sensor setup cap dry. After installing a new cap, an error may be displayed on the controller screen. On sc100 and sc200 controllers, the error condition resolves after 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure the lot of the setup cap matches the lot of the sensor cap.
Step-by-step instructions for replacing 9021150 for LDO sc 2 sensor:
- Make sure the sensor is connected to the controller and the power is ON.
- Clean the sensor.
- Remove and discard the old sensor cap.
- Install the sensor setup cap.
- Press the button on the setup cap. The indicator will light up for 45 seconds, then it will start blinking: single flashes - 10 times, the installation was successful -> go to step 6. Double blinks 38 times, remove sensor setup cap -> repeat steps 6, 4 and 5.
- Remove the sensor setup cap. Store in a dry place.
- Install a new sensor cap. Validate the sensor cap code: Make sure that the cap lot shown on the display and the cap lot on the cap are the same.
