Description
ALCOHOL-BRIX-MONITOR combines the functions of RHOTEC (density measurement) and SONATEC (sound velocity measurement) and is designed for applications requiring maximum sensitivity and highest accuracy. It is easy to operate and requires no maintenance.
The sensor is designed for in-line installation in the production process, which allows continuous determination of the ° Brix value and alcohol level in beverages.
