Description
Combitec is designed to simultaneously measure density, sound velocity and concentration of a substance in a product.
Measuring these parameters is an important quality control tool in many industries: brewing, beverage and juice manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, electronics and semiconductor industries, and power plants. Combitec allows you to optimize the production process and increase work efficiency.
The Combitec concentration measuring system continuously determines the concentration of liquids by measuring density, sound velocity and temperature. In addition, the Combitec is ideally suited for process applications thanks to its instant and continuous in-line measurement.
The measuring system is a resonant or vibrational measurement method (density determination) combined with temperature and time measurements (sound velocity determination). The measuring system is characterized by easy, maintenance-free use and a very short response time (approx. 1 sec).
The sensor is waterproof and can be installed in rooms with high humidity. Protection degree - IP 65.
