Nowadays, beer is mainly produced in a fully automated way. To ensure consistent quality and to make processes manageable, accurate and continuous measurement of important quality parameters such as extract, alcohol and original density is necessary.
BEER MONITOR allows you to simultaneously measure these key parameters during the brewing process.
The sensor combines the functionality of both RHOTEC (density measurement) and SONATEC (sound velocity measurement) Based on the sound velocity in the liquid, the device calculates the alcohol / sugar / density concentration. The industrial sensor is designed for applications requiring maximum sensitivity and highest accuracy, it is easy to operate and requires no maintenance.
