Description

With the alcohol analyzer from ZEUTEC, information on the quality of alcoholic beverages is available at any stage of production, which allows for better process control and a higher yield with consistently high quality. Whether you want to determine the status of a distillation / rectification process, dilution, bottling or monitor individual production batches - SpectraAlyzer SPIRITS will instantly provide you with the information you need. The results of the analysis of the density and alcohol content of the drink are available within 45 seconds on the large color monitor. 

The robust design of the device allows it to be installed both in the laboratory and near the production line - fluctuations in temperature, humidity, dust and vibrations do not affect the accuracy and stability of measurements. To increase the throughput (up to> 60 samples per hour), an optional peristaltic pump or an automatic sample dispenser (autosampler) can be connected to the analyzer. The air-cooled liquid sample compartment provides results independent of sample temperature.

Thanks to the built-in web server, the results obtained are immediately available on the company network for further processing or visualization of analytical data.
