SpectraAlyzer WINE provides solutions for quality control of alcoholic beverages and presents analytical results for key parameters. For example, for wine: alcohol content, gravity, total sugar content, total acidity, pH, organic acids, optical density and others in just 45 seconds.

In addition to wine, the NIR analyzer can analyze spirits with a high alcohol and sugar content, grape must and vinegar. There is no need for sample preparation and reagent use. The instrument provides highly accurate analysis of quality parameters at no additional cost.

Wine and spirits quality control with SpectraAlyzer

As a stand-alone system, the analyzer can be used to control the quality parameters even close to the production line. The rugged design and optics ensure reliable performance in environments with fluctuating temperatures, vibration and dust.

For higher analytical throughput, two types of autosamplers are available for complete system integration into the data network. For sample presentation you can also use a syringe or peristaltic pump.

The visualization of the analysis results is possible using the built-in web server, which provides actual and stored analytical data. The web server allows you to connect any computer, tablet or smartphone to SpectraAlyzer via WI-FI or cable.

Analyze wort and wine at different stages of production

  • Harvesting - determine the important parameters to select the optimal harvest time: ° Brix sucrose, density, pH, acidity and other quality parameters.
  • Juice extraction - during juicing, check the quality parameters of the wort, for example, extract, density, alcohol content, acidity.
  • Fermentation and filtration - during fermentation and further processing: ethanol, density, glucose + fructose, sugar, malic acid, lactic acid, pH, total acidity.
  • Maturation and filling - during aging and final bottling: ethanol, density, glucose + fructose, sugar, malic acid, pH, acidity, color (420/520/620 nm)
