Description
The SIL-W industrial hose is manufactured in a clean room environment in accordance with ISO 14644-1 class 7 and meets the strictest requirements for cleanliness and hygiene in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This item can also be used in the food industry.
The hose is reinforced with multi-layer textile reinforcement with stainless-steel wire spiral, providing a high level of flexibility and maintaining pressure resistance with full vacuum stability.
The material of which the reinforced hose is made does not transfer odour and taste to the transported substances. The hose is ready for use in clean rooms and can be sterilized and autoclaved.
The product meets the following technical specifications: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600; class VI of the United States Pharmacopoeia; European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 .; (EC) No. 1935/2004; BfR XV. Silicone. The hose can be supplied with fittings and coupling systems in accordance with its purpose and with the specifics of your production.
