Description
The SIL350PTFE silicone reinforced hose made by Marsoflex can be used in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is suitable for the transporting of products, chemicals and solvents, except for a few substances: chlorine trifluoride, chlorine and fluorine gases, oxygen, difluoride, phosgene, and alkali metals (such as sodium).
The suction hose is resistant to high temperatures. Its tube is made of black PTFE, which makes it electrically conductive. In addition, this hose can be used as a flexible connection between lines or production systems.
The armored hose is made of phthalate-free material. This product has been tested in accordance with the regulation 1907/2006/EC (REACH) that regulates the production and circulation of all chemicals. Complies with USP XXXVI class VI, non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993 (section 5: 2009).
Characteristics of the SIL 350 PTFE hose:
- Hose tube: PTFE, black, antistatic, smooth, phthalates free, tested according to 1907/2006/EC (REACH). Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, USP XXXVI Class VI, ISO 10993 Sections 5, 10, 11:2009, Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and (EC) No. 10/2011
- Reinforcement: synthetic textile reinforcement, stainless steel wire spiral
- Outer layer: silicone, smooth, white. Complies with FDA CFR 21 177.2600, BfR XV recommendation, European regulation 1935/2004. Resistant to heat, wear and ozone
