Description
The LuminUltra PhotonMaster is a rugged, inexpensive, portable luminometer. Used in conjunction with ATP tests to measure the total number of active microorganisms in liquid or solid samples of any type. Total levels of active microorganisms indicate the risk of microbial contamination and provide real-time data to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of industrial processes.
PhotonMaster is a USB powered device and requires an external device for further analysis. While the user can directly connect to a Windows PC for this purpose, the PhotonMaster Bluetooth Module (EQP-PBM) provides additional offline capabilities via keyboard and screen, or working on your mobile device via Bluetooth technology. The luminometer connected to the PBM module transfers data to the phone on which the LuminUltra Cloud™ mobile application is installed.
LuminUltra Cloud is a powerful and easy-to-use application that allows users to control the luminometer with a mobile phone to analyze data anywhere and anytime. Other key parameters (e.g. pH, turbidity, etc.) can also be easily entered into the app for tracking. The app is available for Android on Google Play and iOS via the App Store.
The system can operate independently of the LuminUltra Cloud software; however, for easier operation, download the mobile app to your device. Alternatively, use a computer and web browser to access the software via the Internet.
Detection of the total number of active microorganisms in samples of any type
Microbiological risks can be expressed in any form. Traditional control methods detect only a small part of the microbial population. LuminUltra's ATP tests overcome this limitation by providing you with the first line of defense to quickly address microbiological control problems in any application and for any sample type. Just select the test kit which is right for your application.
Real-time results
The analysis is very easy - follow the quick guide included with each test kit. After the sample is prepared, the practical results are available within 5 minutes. The PhotonMaster Luminometer is incredibly easy to use; no special training is required to operate the device. Data can be generated using an easy-to-use PBM interface or via the LuminUltra Cloud mobile app. The application maximizes the capabilities of PhotonMaster and is designed to help you manage the resulting data.
Ability to work in the laboratory or in the field
PhotonMaster is lightweight and compact. The supplied case, large bag and tube racks keep everything in place and protect the instrument during transportation and when used in the field.
