Description

Reagent kit for the determination of Iron traces from Hach. The LCW021 cuvette test is easy to use and photometric assessment, packed in a box with instructions.

Application: For boiler water, raw water, drinking water and mineral water.

Summary of method: Iron(II) ions form a violet complex compound with FerroZine®. Any iron(III) ions present in the water sample are reduced to iron(II) ions by ascorbic acid before the complex is formed.

Special Notes: Plastic semimicro cuvettes, 50mm, with lid (LZP 341) for low range, round cuvettes with rubber stoppers, 11mm (LCW 906) for high range.
