With an innovative oxidation system, sample injection unit and self-cleaning reactor, and tubing specifically designed for dairy products, the B7000i delivers maximum reliability and uptime.

BioTector B7000i features self-cleaning technology that limits the need for maintenance to twice a year, without the need for intermediate calibration. Even in the harsh conditions of a dairy plant, the analyzer will handle samples containing particles up to 2 mm in diameter, including samples containing fats, oils, sludge and salt.

One B7000i Dairy TOC analyzer gives you the ability to monitor up to six streams and see actual product losses in real time on the display.

The analyzer is a unique industrial solution that helps to identify contamination sources and provides reliable and continuous measurements. This allows manufacturers to take targeted actions to improve technological processes. The TOC analyzer detects the presence of the lowest contamination levels in real time. Once adjusted, the amount of milk discharged into the wastewater is significantly reduced, reducing the cost of water treatment in the wastewater treatment plant.

A key benefit is the ability to position the analyzer close to the production line, allowing product leaks and contamination to be identified as quickly as possible. As an added benefit, the B7000i Dairy measures the "true" dissolved organic carbon content without interferences from chemicals commonly used in the dairy industry.
