Two-Stage Oxidation (TSAO) technology and oversized tubing significantly reduce signal drift and filtering requirements. The oxidation method in the B7000 TOC Analyzer provides a comprehensive oxidation of the sample including organic carbon to CO2, nitrogen compounds to nitrates and phosphorus compounds to phosphates.

Thanks to the oxidizing agent, it is possible to analyze unfiltered samples containing soft particles up to 2 mm in diameter. Carbon dioxide CO2 is bubbled and measured by a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) CO2 analyzer.
