Description
The new Oxytrans M portable O2 meter allows very accurate measurements of oxygen in gases and liquids. The sensor is specially designed for industries requiring high measurement accuracy.
The optical measurement method is based on the effect of dynamic luminescence of the excitation of molecular oxygen. The indicator layer in the measuring chamber is irradiated with blue-green light. When oxygen is in this layer, red light appears and is reflected, according to the intensity of which free oxygen is measured.
The oxygen concentration can be displayed in ppb, ppm,%.
Any temperature deviations in the measured signal are automatically compensated for by an internal Pt100 sensor.
The lightweight OXYTRANS M is a very rugged handheld device thanks to its IP65 aluminum housing.
