Description
RHOTEC L is a highly precise sensor for determination of densities and concentrations
The density meter is suitable for measuring density in liquids and concentration in solutions in food, cosmetic, chemical plants. A small volume of liquid is required for measurement; the sample is injected manually. The device has an integrated temperature stabilization system that allows you to measure the sample at the required temperature within the range 5 °C to 85 °C.
The principle of operation of the density meter is based on the measurement of the vibration frequency of the U-shaped measuring tube caused by an electromagnetic generator. Under the influence of the exciting field, the empty measuring tube vibrates with its natural frequency, and when the tube is filled with the test substance, the vibration frequency changes depending on the mass (density) of the test substance. The pre-calibration data is used to convert the vibration frequency to a digital density value. The U-tube is made of special glass and ensures high accuracy and speed of measurement.
