Disposable membrane filters "DISMIC" 28SP / 28CP / 28HP are a large filtration area with excellent flow rate.
Advantec membrane filters are designed for the following applications:
- Sterile filtration of culture medium samples, biological samples requiring low protein binding (PES membrane, type 28SP and CA membrane, type 28CP)
- Type 28SP and type 28CP can be used for sterilization
- General filtration, cytology, bond studies (CA membranes)
- Purification or sterilization of aqueous / organic mixtures (membranes with hydrophilic PTFE)

Benefits:
- The 28 mm disposable syringe filter is available with a PES, CA or hydrophilic PTFE membrane, all membranes are supplied with a polypropylene body
- CA and PES diaphragms are suitable for filtration of water and alcohols, while PTFE diaphragms can also be used with organic solvents
- Filtration area is 30% larger compared to a 25 mm filter block
- Sterile (PES, Type 28SP) and non-sterile (CA, Type 28CP) membranes are available
- Poor protein binding characteristics suitable for sterile filtration of culture media and biological samples (PES membrane, type 28SP and CA membrane, type 28CP)
- With excellent chemical resistance, the 28HP is compatible with organic and acid / base solvents.

- PES membrane, type 28SP - 0.20 μm, 0.45 μm
- CA membrane, type 28CP - 0.20 μm, 0.45 μm, 0.80 μm
