The heating of this incubator is optimally adjusted for forced air circulation; If necessary, the fan can be completely turned off, and valuable chamber weights for research in pharmaceuticals, medicine and food chemistry are very thoroughly warmed up.
The SetpointWAIT function is installed, thanks to which the incubator does not start until the set temperature is reached. The ability to calibrate three temperatures (optional). Adjustable parameters: temperature (Celsius or Fahrenheit), fan speed, air flap position, program time, time zones, summer / winter time.
Ventilation features:
- Air circulation by fan with a quiet turbine, adjustable in 10% steps
- Mixing of pre-heated fresh air through an air damper (electronically controlled)
- Ventilation connection with restrictive flap
Built-in self-diagnostic system for analysis of faults, adjustable electronic overheating sensor and mechanical temperature limiter TB, protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 for switching off heating approx. 20 ° C above the rated temperature.
The incubator is made of stainless steel with dimensions WxHxD: 745x864x584 mm (+ 56 mm door handle). The back of the body is made of galvanized steel. Easy-care stainless steel interior, reinforced with deep grooves, with built-in and protected large area heater on four sides.
In case of power outages, pragmatic documentation is retained. Programming the AtmoCONTROL software for reading, controlling and organizing the data logger via Ethernet interface (temporary trial version can be downloaded). USB stick with AtmoCONTROL software is available as an accessory (on request).
