Kit for the sequential determination of calcium and total hardness by titration on a digital titrator. The first titration gives results for calcium hardness and the second for total hardness. The difference between the values is magnesium hardness. Results are expressed in mg/L CaCO3.
The kit contains a buffer solution, a powder indicator for determining the level of calcium CalVer2, a reagent for hardness determining ManVer2, a solution of potassium hydroxide (8 N), sulfuric acid (5.25 N) and a cartridge for the titrator EDTA 0.800 M.
Range: 100 - 4000 mg/L as CaCO3.
The set is sufficient for 40 - 100 tests.
