Description
Rugged, waterproof (IP67) construction withstands any conditions you face in the field (drops, extreme temperatures, rain and mud) while providing years of reliable and accurate measurements.
Simple, intuitive controls reduce potential errors while delivering accurate measurement data you can trust. The large, backlit display makes it easy to read measurements in all conditions.
Bromine analysis should be performed immediately after sampling. Samples cannot be saved for later analysis. If bromine concentration is expected to be less than 4 mg/L, use the Low Range procedure.
Bromine reacts with DPD (N, N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine) to form a pink color that is proportional to the total bromine concentration. The color intensity is measured with a DR300 colorimeter and the result is shown on the display.
