Description

The portable analyzer is designed for use in the harsh environment of the beverage industry, but is also ideal for laboratory analysis and quality control procedures. The ORBISPHERE 3650 can be used in a wide variety of applications such as power, electronics and research. The analyzer is specially configured for applications where low oxygen levels need to be measured. It takes less than 3 minutes to obtain a test result from gas saturation to 2 ppb.

The ORBISPHERE 3650 display is large and easy to read. Conversion tables are not required as this meter directly displays the gas concentration in the selected units. The sample temperature is displayed by pressing one of the buttons on the keyboard.

The analyzer inlet tube connects to the sampling point or lancing device with a simple connector for quick and easy installation. The sample flows through the sensor membrane in the flow chamber and the outlet valve controls the sample flow rate. The required sample volume is small, which minimizes waste. The oxygen analyzer uses two type C, NiMH or alkaline batteries. Battery replacement is quick and easy - minimizing downtime. Stored data is not lost when the batteries are replaced or discharged.

Using the Orbisphere A1100 sensor allows you to very quickly clean the device using tap water and does not require technical skills. Maintenance of the sensor (usually every 6 months) takes only 3 minutes with the help of a kratridge in which the diaphragm is preinstalled and the electrolyte is already present, which eliminates any risk of incorrect positioning of the diaphragm.

Calibration is recommended after every sensor service. The process is very simple and can be carried out directly in air by measuring the oxygen content in it using a built-in pressure sensor and automatic software calculation. Alternatively, a calibration can be performed on a liquid or gaseous sample of known concentration simply by entering the gas concentration from the keyboard. The Orbisphere A1100 oxygen sensor technology reduces residual signals to negligible levels, eliminating the need for zero point calibration, providing fast response times for multiple measurements.
