Description

Seam Sight®-C measures 12 parameters: seam length, hitch length along the body, hitch length at the end, tightness, overlap, seam gap, overlap width, quality of seam lapping on the body, quality of seam lapping at the end, output of the seam cut to the screen, actual countersink depth, actual bead thickness.

The CanNeed automatic suture monitoring system is equipped with an improved optical system and a Golden Lens® video recording system that does not interfere with external light sources and provides a high resolution of the resulting image and high measurement accuracy.

Measurement: Before cutting the sample, measure the seam thickness with STG-200; then use the CSG-200S to measure the flange depth. The SeamSight software then automatically collects further measurements.

Then cut the sample with a CSS-1000 or CSS-200 silent saw and place it under the video camera. The saw cut images will appear on the screen. Automatic measurement is carried out 1 second after pressing the "Confirmation" button. All measurement results and images are accumulated in a system database.

The software has been adapted to manage the database of collected data, final statistics and graphical representations of the data have been added to the interface for easy review and comparison. At the same time, the measurement screen has been optimized to display the results obtained more vividly.
