Oxygen Probe for In-Line Measurement OIM-PSt3

Description

The PreSens OIM-PSt3 in-line oxygen probe consists of a stainless steel fitting with an optical replaceable cap in which an oxygen sensor is integrated. The optical interchangeable cap is screwed onto the top of the metal fitting and can be easily replaced if required.

The OIM-PSt3 connects to an oxygen meter (oximeter) via optical fiber, has standardized threads and lengths, and is compatible with most bioreactors and port adapters.

In-line oxygen sensors are ideal for use in harsh environments such as high pressure or oil / water mixtures. For example, for the control and management of production processes in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. These systems are highly accurate, have very fast response times and are virtually maintenance-free as they are free of membranes and electrolytes. The sensors are fully autoclavable and sterilizable (CIP and SIP).

And with the exceptionally low detection limit and outstanding accuracy of PreSens oxygen sensors, the quality of oxygen sensitive products such as beer, wine and soft drinks is assured. Therefore, they are also suitable for in-line oxygen measurement in the brewing and beverage industry.
