Needle micro oxygen sensor NFSG-PSt8

Description

The PreSens NFSG-PSt8 needle microsensor allows trace oxygen measurements in the range from 0 to 10% O2, with a detection limit of 0.007% O2.

The tip of this microsensor is fixed inside the steel needle and does not protrude beyond the tip. Attached in this manner to the inside of the needle, the sensor can pierce the material and determine the trace oxygen content in the smallest volumes of headspace.

Designed for use with PreSens Oximeters Microx 4, OXY-1 ST, OXY-4 ST series.

Not autoclavable as the syringe is made of polypropylene.

• No cross-sensitivity with: pH 1-14, CO2, H2S, SO2, ionic forms
• Cross-sensitivity: organic solvents such as acetone, toluene, chloroform or methylene chloride, chlorine gas
• Sterilization: Ethylene Oxide (EtO)
• Purification: 3 % H2O2, ethyl alcohol, soap solution
• Calibration: two-point calibration in an oxygen-free environment (nitrogen, sodium sulfite), a second calibration value is optimal between 2% and 4% oxygen
• Shelf life: 60 months if stored in the dark at room temperature.
