Advantages of the MEGATRON® MT-MM inline homogenizer:
- Low mechanical and thermal stress on the product (due to membrane emulsification)

- The pore diameter of the membrane is only 1 - 2 μm, which allows the production of small particle sizes
- Under certain conditions of use and process parameters, it is possible to obtain practically monodisperse emulsions.
- The MEGATRON® MT-MM system works according to the flow principle. Performance and particle size values can be easily monitored with a high degree of reproducibility.
MEGATRON® MT-MM consists of a cylindrical working chamber in which the diaphragm is mounted coaxially on the shaft. The working chamber has two product inlets, one for the dispersed (internal) phase and one for the continuous (external) phase. The dispersed phase flow enters and is dispersed in the continuous phase passing through the pores of the membrane.
