BPT-4000 has two working sockets and has high efficiency. Easy to operate with PLC and LCD touch screen.
It is equipped with automatic system of fixing of container, has system of management of process of pumping of pressure. Automatically displays data in real time, and automatically saves it. The device performs the test in two modes: gradual pressure injection and retention under high pressure. The user can choose the method of tattooing according to the actual tasks.
To start testing, you need to fill a glass container with water, install it in the first slot and close the cabinet doors. The container will be automatically fixed and the process of pressure build-up will begin until the set value is reached (test passed) or the container is destroyed (test for destruction). Real-time data is displayed on the screen and automatically saved at the same time. After that, you can open the door and remove the sample. The design of the device allows simultaneous testing of two samples.
