Description
The PHC729 is a refillable, flat ceramic diaphragm pH sensor that incorporates RedRod technology for extremely fast, stable and accurate response times over a wide temperature range. Thanks to the flat sensor combination, this glass pH electrode is ideal for measuring pH on flat surfaces of a variety of samples, or when it is necessary to immerse the electrode to a minimum in the sample. A 59 ml bottle of saturated KCl solution for filling the electrodes is included with the probe.
PHC729 is not suitable for use with organic solvents, emulsions, high solids or high alkali sample types.
Filling solution: saturated with KCl (article 25118026).
RedRod sensors also come with calibration reagents / Kit part number PHC72901AP
The kit (PHC72901AP) includes a RedRod sensor, calibration buffers and maintenance solutions, which provide an easy-to-use, reliable calibration solution to help ensure accurate pH readings with your HQD pH meter. A volume of 500 ml is sufficient to calibrate a pH electrode for 6 months at a frequency of once a week or up to 25 calibrations.
PHC72901AP Kit Includes: Intellical PHC729 Laboratory pH Electrode with storage bottle, 1 m cable, 59 ml electrolyte reference solution (saturated KCl), calibration certificate and user manual.
