Description

The OXYTRANS TR is ideal for continuous measurement of dissolved oxygen in liquids and gases. It is designed for many applications:

Applications of the O2 OXYTRANS TR sensor:

Brewing Industry - For measuring O2 in deaerated water, wort, beer and CO2. Dissolved oxygen negatively affects the taste and shelf life of beer.
Manufacture of soft drinks - for measuring O2 in deaerated water and carbonated drinks.

OXYTRANS TR is designed for applications requiring maximum sensitivity and highest accuracy. It is easy to operate and requires little or no maintenance. Electrolyte solutions are not required and oxygen is not consumed during measurement.

The presence of other gases in the measured substance does not affect the measurement results. Any temperature deviations in the measured signal are automatically compensated for by an internal Pt100 sensor.

The Centec O2 sensor is waterproof and can be installed in damp rooms. Protection class - IP 65. Correct installation is a prerequisite for maintaining the protection class.

The following rules must be followed:

1. Do not exceed the maximum permissible ambient temperature and the temperature of the working medium.

2. If, during operation, the surface of the sensor / measuring tube may heat above 70 ° C, a guard must be provided to protect against accidental contact.

3. When installed outdoors, it must be protected from direct sunlight.
